The PG Board would like to thank everyone that came out for the Annual Homeowners meeting.
We appreciate your support in keeping this community safe and beautiful.
A few items that came out of the meeting tonight:
1) Christmas decorations / lights can be installed starting November 15. The Rules and Regulations state "After Thanksgiving" but just like last year it has been discussed to allow them to be installed starting November 15. The Rules and Regulations will be updated as well.
2) Reminder that "Street Parking" over night is not allowed in PG. Street parking is supposed to be utilized when your garage and driveway are at capacity. Please be respectful to your neighbors as street parking limits vehicles to a smaller section of the road, can impair with Mail delivery and Garbage pickup, and limits the site of those walking or driving in the neighborhood.
3) Please adhere to the 25mph speed limit. There have been many complaints about cars speeding in the neighborhood. Also, please stop at all stop signs. We would appreciate everyone talking to all drivers in their family. We don't want to have any accidents happen or have residents turning to the Sheriff's Department to handle this issue.
4) If you are replacing your mailbox check the pghoa.com website for approved mailboxes. For any other mailbox submit an ARC form for approval before installation.
The voting for the 3 open board positions was also conducted at the meeting.
Serving a two year term are: Bob Baran, David Parnell, Joe Dolan
Serving the 2nd year of their 2 year term are: Tracy Sims and Neav Abramov
