Reminders for the neighborhood:
1) Please adhere to the 25mph speed limit. There have been many complaints about cars speeding in the neighborhood. Also, please stop at all stop signs. We would appreciate everyone talking to all drivers in their family. We don't want to have any accidents happen or have residents turning to the Sheriff's Department to handle this issue.
2) If you are replacing your mailbox check the pghoa.com website for approved mailboxes. For any other mailbox submit an ARC form for approval before installation.
3) Make sure garbage cans are stored in an area where they can not be seen from the road.
4) No vehicles or trailers should be parked in your yard / grass.
5) All improvements / changes to your property or outside of your house need to be approved by submitting an ARC Request Form before work is started. Not following this can lead to violations / fines / reversal of work.
6) Please pick up after your dogs. This means from all common areas and sidewalks. If this continues to be an issue we will need to install multiple cameras at everyones expense.
